The only reasonable explanation for that not being a penalty is that it was a foul on Eze in the build up, but the ref didn't take it up the other end for a free kick, so that can't really excuse it. I'm watching it back this morning and I don't know how VAR hasn't intervened and said the ref got that wrong. Even watching it live from the high angle on the cameras, it looked like an absolute mess of a challenge.
