Tuchel as a tactician is heads and shoulders above Deschamps and will very clearly not let Spain play through them like a hot knife through butter. Spain might just do so because of sheer quality, but France had four luxury attackers in front of a leggy double pivot.
Simón has had the clean sheets, but a lot of that has been Spain's defense. He hasn't had to do a lot. I think Vozinha has still been the keeper of the tournament, but Pickfords had a number of really good saves.
