I think this is pretty likely to end up my favourite Fiddlehead release, the back half of it just goes to another level

Can’t get enough of this. Queen of Limerick is the absolute bomb. The “if I’m gonna die…” on fifteen to infinity is another incredible high point

 

Created this account just to say how incredible this album is that I cannot get “welcome to the situation” out of my head.

 

Is Basement good?

 

They’re ok imo, greatly prefer Fiddlehead

I love Basement, but I LOVE Fiddlehead

 

Check out Colourmeinkindness

 

I’m a massive Basement fan so extremely biased but I think they’re at least worth giving a shot if you like Fiddlehead. They scratch a completely different itch though since they lean more into grunge and 90s alt rock. Colourmeinkindness is definitely where you should go for peak Basement but they don’t have a bad record in their discography.

Is anyone else not as into this record as Between the Richness? I really liked that album but found this to be a step down.

 

I think it’s maybe my favorite of theirs.

 

Between has a few more highs I think
But I can just loop this for 3 hours

 

Definitely both great records can’t really compare yet lol it’s a week old.
