Wow, did not know things were bad internally. Really curious to know happened

 

To my knowledge, Aric never performed on their records - it was Travis Barker.

I always figured it was just the JAB show

Stevis gonna be full time in The Cancer Bats now?

 

Hoping we get a new Night Verses soon if Aric has some of the calendar time back. He’s super talented and creative

 

Aric was straight up wasted in this band so if this means more NV activity that's fine by me

 

Can’t say I saw this coming. Hopefully there will be Night Verses activity on the corner soon to make up for the lack of new music from all those related projects

 

Night Verses have been working on a new record for a while now. They have a ton of songs written.

 

Those three went so well together on stage. The perfect set of 3 for this band. I’ve always felt like it was a Butler/Fieldman/Barker/others(?)team to write the songs. Maybe Aric and Stevis had a part in the writing. I hope so. I also wonder if the label was forcing for a specific image for the band the others weren’t gelling with. Just things that go through my head.

Super bummed I never got to see them with this lineup. Whoever they bring on as replacements have to be killer. Prob can’t be topped.

 

It was never publicly announced, but they haven’t been on Roadrunner for a while now.

 

I'm curious to hear more on this and/or see if Jason makes a statement.

Also, if for some reason Josh and Stevis decide to join up and revive The Chariot I think that would be just swell.

(Fever I’m sure brought in some money for the members. ‘68 with only 2 members and low overhead I’m sure does ok. I think The Chariot would fall in as a happy medium between the two in regards to a paycheck. And also I would go bananas for them)
