    Day 27.5
    Korni Grupa - S/T (1972)

Holy fucking shit, this was utterly brilliant. If more albums sound like this within the genre then I think I’ve found myself a new rabbit-hole to explore.

(Had to listen within a boxset-type release on Spotify since their albums are all bundled in one package)

    Day 28
    Tangerine Dream - Rubycon (1975)

Early ambient always feels like magic. Adored this—wish it was longer. Will be checking their others. RIP Edgar Froese.

    well, this was fun, guys.

if anyone plans to catch up, please do share your posts in here. I've enjoyed reading through others' posts on Bluesky, the cursed place, and here from @cshadows2887 and @OhTheWater.

    does anyone have any favorites?

Such a pleasant surprise that they were much weirder than their late career "brand" would indicate.

Fell behind like I do every year so I'm gonna finish out the list in March. Holy shit, Songs from Suicide Bridge by David Kauffman & Eric Caboor is pretty incredible. Sparse, lonely folk. Reminds me of Nebraska mixed with some 90s alt rock, but released a decade before. Think I prefer the Kauffman tracks

    EDIT:
Yeah probably my favorite find this year. The last song sounds like James Taylor at his most depressed.
