Hmmm. I never read the Fear Street books unfortunately. I was a big Goosebumps fan and remember seeing the Fear Street series next to them at the book stores but never got them.

 

Definitely excited for the 1978 and 1666 films. The 1994 not so much solely due to the characters already annoying me from the trailer alone.

 

“1994” unfortunately kind of sucks. Decent cast, but generic in almost every other way. Hope the other two are better.

 

‘94 looked like the worst of the patch from the trailers so I’m not surprised

 

I thought this was fun.

‘94 was pretty lame.

 

Planned on it last night but ended up watching the Tomorrow War instead. Definitely tonight! Looks like a lot of fun

 

I cannot believe what I’m reading in here. 94 is an absolute blast so far…it feels like a love letter to Scream in every single way and I couldn’t be happier.

 

my god, this felt way too long

 

I enjoyed it and am excited for the next one

 

I thought this was fun! Exactly what I was hoping it’d be

 

Felt the exact opposite. Was surprised how quickly it went by.

 

For the most part, I did not like this. And the whole pill bit seemed extremely tone deaf.

 

Interested to watch this after seeing how polarzing the opinions are in this thead. Not sure if I wanna wait until all 3 are out first though.

 

I loved it but was legitimately surprised when the two died in the grocery store. For some reason I didn't think they'd go there and I rly liked those characters so I was bummed and it was hard for me to feel as invested after that cause low-key I wasn't as invested in Sam

 

Yeah, I was shocked by the first of the two deaths

I think that made me like it a little more though…

 

It definitely did subvert but it made me sad. Guess that comes with the territory of horror tho!
