I think this is front-to-back her best album by a significant margin. I think it’s pretty varied too. A lot of it leans towards that dreamy folk-country twang but then you’ve got something like “Cheers” that borderline treads into post-punk territory.

 

Can’t believe I haven’t posted in here yet. I’m getting pretty obsessed with this thing.

 

Damn, that’s cool. I’ll probably be holding out for her headliner in Feb. Fall shows are becoming increasingly more questionable, also she’s taking Kate Bollinger out with her

 

It’s honestly insane how much she has blown up. I saw her as an opener for Stella Donnelly in a 175 capacity room in March of 2019 and then a few months later she came back and sold out that same venue. Fast forward two years and she’s playing Pitchfork, playing an aftershow that sold out in one day, and opening for Wilco on tour. Crazy!

 

She added a Chicago date to her tour, February 22, 2022 at Metro. Definitely gonna try and hit up that show.
