Legitimately one of my favorite Simpsons bits of all time

 

3 people from chorus followed me on Instagram today and now Instagram is like “do you want to follow…EVERYONE from chorus?”

Do people here have an absolute #1 tasting food, or is that too hard of a question, to have an absolute favorite?

Chicken alfredo, maybe? Something with cheese and garlic

 

Ohhh yeah some really great pasta is hard to beat.

Ugh homemade fajitas, too. That peppers and onions and cheese flavor profile is up there too. Bangs regardless of the protein you go with

I just think of the meals my grandma used to make for me when i was a kid, specifically the Italian style chicken cutlets with apple sauce and mashed potatoes. I definitely used to dip the chicken in the apple sauce and mash before i took a bite.

Also ziti with real homemade Italian sunday gravy. Thinking of it I haven't had a good pasta sauce since my grandma passed.

 

That made me think of my grandma’s homemade chicken noodle soup and now I’m sad.

 

Shepard's Pie. Was the best school lunch, even better than Pizza fridays.

 

I'm having an existential crisis cause I used to love fettuccine. It was my fave. I feel like as I've gotten older it just doesn't have as much appeal. It's often really rich and the last few times I've ordered it, it's just been kinda okay. Somehow v rich but not v flavorful. Maybe those restaurants were busts but idk idk I don't even crave it like I used to. Who even am I???
