    Thank you! I was worried about it drying out too much and now that I think about it, I don’t know if I’ve ever had really good, authentic jambalaya before. I need to get on that.

    i really wish i took a cooking class the one time i was in NOLA. luckily i live above, strangely enough, a cajun restaurant and get the jamba and gumbo quiiiite a bit
