what’s yalls favorite condiment? there’s a local peruvian chicken place with an aji amarillo sauce that you could inject into my veins and i’d live forever

I’m a big fan of barbecue sauce, anything with gochujang, any kind of hot sauce, and German style mustard. Oh, and anything garlicky.

Favorite condiment or sauce is as impossible as favorite food for me. They’re so important and it all depends on what mood I’m in at the time.

Speaking of bodega sandwiches, I’m gonna say a chopped cheese from Harlem is one of my favorite things too

 

It doesn’t get much better than good quality smoked trout/salmon

 

I use mustard in a million things, so probably that. I love them all though, except A1 sauce.

peter luger sells their steak sauce in a few different grocers around here (maybe it's nationwide and I'm dumb) and I couldn't recommend it more highly

 

Love a hot honey too. Particularly on pizza and of course on fried chicken
