What's the difference in styles? I love traditional Indian food, but I actually prefer Nepalese cuisine.
isnt it what makes British Indian food is that Indian immigrants have been in Britain for a super long time and their food on that soil evolved a lot and the culture intermingled?
Wouldn't Americanized Indian food really mostly be the same as British Indian food? I mean I would have to assume that chicken tikka masala is also the most popular dish here.
Corned beef hash and eggs would probably be my number one with a gun to my head but huevos rancheros would be second for sure.
I personally prefer savory breakfast to sweet breakfast If I had to choose, but I'd rather have both if possible. When we go for breakfast, my wife and I usually order our own individuals dishes and then split a pancake (if the place allows you to order just one) or short stack and take home the leftovers.
I’d say eggs Benedict with interesting protein choices would be up there for me as a favorite breakfast, especially with home fries to dip in the hollandaise and yolk. Also chicken and waffles, but I probably associate that with brunch or lunch more than straight up breakfast. I know we’ve discussed it before, but I’m also definitely in the savory breakfast camp. If it’s just a small pastry or sweet bread I love that, but when you get into stuff like waffles coated in chocolate and fruit and whipped cream I can’t deal with it. That much sugar in the morning just makes me feel ill.
