A big juicy gammon steak. Or ramen. ObSESSED with ramen now. But yeah - any chance I get to have a thick steak then I’m damn well having it. I just can’t do the whole rare deal. Medium - rare. Rump. Fantastic.
I imagine this is on par with a parent picking which child they love most? Med rare steak and my homemade chocolate chip cookies. I cannot pick one. Maybe also actual peanut butter, not an allergy friendly substitute.
No joke I legitimately am dying for a full English breakfast...with baked beans. They don’t do beans here at all and it hurts my soul. Sausage and bacon(!) are done quite differently and ahhh. The second I’m home I’m devouring as many as possible.
I can definitely say that my favorite breakfast is a classic eggs benedict with thick heirloom tomato slices on top of the ham and crab meat in the hollandaise. Dinner... it’s too hard. I’d be better at listing my favorite restaurants.
I’ve only had crab once and it was in Maryland at an Xmas dinner with my ex. I assumed I’d hate it. I was wrong. Fucking gorgeous. But I’m too scared to try it again. It was blue crab and it was like a paste or something? Idk. I’ll try it again eventually.
