Chloe is awesome and established artists should take more risks with their art

Chloe is fine, but definitely the album of his I've spent the least time with. I do really love the title track, Goodbye Mr. Blue, Buddy's Rendezvous (& the Lana version), Q4, and Funny Girl though. It's Kiss Me, Everything But Her Love, and Olvidado that don't do much for me. The last 3 songs are pretty solid as well.

 

Really loving where we're going with the new album here. Time Makes Fools of Us is great, and Screamland is even better. Feels like somewhat new territory for him. And the track that's tacked on to the end of it in the Soundcloud link he texted out is also great.

Chloe is good, but GFC and Honeybear are 10s, and Fear Fun and Pure Comedy are both great records. It's just the first time I felt like the material was better suited for an EP.

Yeah this is massive. It sounds like Pure Comedy but without all of the lyrics people complain about lol
