gonna get out of work at 2:30 today. may try to hit up Popeyes during the "down time" and see if I can finally try this elusive sammy.

I've said this before I think but Sonic's chili is actually surprisingly good. The chili cheese tots are great.

 

they have a good chili cheese dog for sure

 

I like their chili. It's not Wendy's chili, but it's good.

 

Sonic is pretty great all around. The burgers are good, their desserts are fantastic, they have a great assortment of sides (including the best onion rings in the game), their drink options are great, and they have the value menu chicken tender sandwich.

 

not a fan of their burgers or fries but they have enough other things to make up for it

 

I actually love their fries but the tots are definitely better. Also I regularly crave their onion rings.

 

their milkshakes are some of the best in the game

 

Their dessert menu is wild with how many options they have.

 

This is true for all chains, but I find Sonic to be good or not based on the individual location. The Sonics around me are terrible, but I've had good food at Sonics elsewhere. Their hot dogs are bland unless you get them loaded with stuff, but a double cheeseburger and fries or tots is usually a solid option. I'm a sucker for their cherry limeades too.

Ah that sucks. I've only ever been to two locations in NJ and I've always had good experiences. And yeah the cherry limeade is the greatest, there's a reason why I put that down as my drink option for my perfect fast food meal.

 

I'm craving one right now. I shouldn't be looking at the sonic menu at work like this haha

 

plus they have fried Oreos now and that's everything
