I had Friendly's for the first and only time like a year ago

I can't believe it exists

I love it I just can't believe it exists

You mean how a restaurant where ice cream is the main draw is an insane flex

 

It's just like a restaurant version of Paunch Burger and it's not in Texas where we have no healthy desires

 

I’m not even a big curly fry fan but it is strange to me how so few places have them

 

I love curly fries

 

If the inventor of curly fries needed a kidney I wouldn't even flinch it'd be his in a heartbeat

 

I like them

just wish they were ALL curly ya know

 

I love all fries, curly included. Waffle included. I'm not a big fan of the seasoning some places put on curly fries though.

Idk how it is anywhere else in the northeast but in Jersey they seem to be on the decline, a lot have closed, which is very sad.

 

changing up things too much at a fast food restaurant not known for giving a damn gives me major anxiety haha

 

It was on the decline in NH where I tried it too, all of em had been closed but 1 and when we visited NH again last month that 1 had been closed too

 

My wife has a weakness for McDonald's almost in the same way I have one for Taco Bell, and she gets quarter pounders with Mac sauce subbed in and it works pretty well.

so she subs mac sauce for the ketchup and mustard and adds lettuce? that sounds like something I wish I could order every time I go to mcdonalds.

Yeah they do it no problem. You can literally remake it into a Big Mac with better meat, it's great.

 

does ketchup ever really belong on a burger tho

 

Okay. I'm trying this the next time I go to McDonalds.

 

I mean unless you're a savage like Dan

 

only when it's a really, really bad burger and you have no other options. It's one thing if it's used to make a burger sauce, but ketchup and mustard on a burger is probably my least favorite condiment combination.
