My doctor office called to tell me that my iron levels are raising so to keep taking supplements cause it's a good start. And I'm like cool so glad I prob just paid like $150 for u to tell me that but... I'm still having migraines so like.... So far that's not rly helping me

 

was really stressful today because the straps for one of my Etsy masks got loose so I'm sure it still worked but still concerning, thankfully I got another one and I got some that are just cloth so they don't have adjustable straps

thankfully compulsively buying masks is on brand haha

I've actually managed to get my tiktok recs a pretty positive fitness and body image place but once in a while some weird posts get thru that make me sad and uncomfortable. Like girls screenshotting negative comments calling them fat and then them taking a video of them weighing themselves on a scale to "prove" that they're not. It makes me sad they feel like they need to respond and it makes me sad that that is being perpetuated as a thing and just smh
