I'm sorry to find a flaw. But what about those disgusting chicken patties they serve children at school. Those are ground, molded, breaded, and fried.

Nah, that’s....... different. Homogenized chicken nuggets and such that pretend they’re a “solid” piece of meat are another world entirely. The main idea of a burger is that in some way it’s kind of “loose” and can have some texture differences in each bite. Once you get into molding and breading territory you’re in deeply processed waters without any clear food identity, lol.
