I was reading an article about like 25 new restaurants opening in the Fresno area and like half the list was hot chicken places and I just thought hasn’t that trend died already.

 

if its done right hot chicken is always good

Unfortunately too many pubs, breweries and other casual style places just throw a fried chicken cutlet on a bun with franks hot and ranch and call it nashville hot.
