Thanks, man!I know it’s hard out there right now, but there is also a lot of opportunity as well. I’d encourage everyone to look if they’re unhappy where they’re at career wise. A lot of companies just need people with experience, it seems.

Also, I got pretty lucky. That helps

 

I started a new job just over a month ago. Same industry but a different, better, higher paying company. Was tired of settling being unhappy just because “well i have a job i should be grateful”. Gotta do you.

 

Agreed. Working for the state, they have a system where they pay you like the bare minimum but then they give you amazing benefits....after working here for so long, you're almost convinced you'll surely die if you leave had to take the risk though to advance my life.
