best part is those messages clearly were not posted an hour apart.

 

it didn't really rise much overnight. The recipe didn't use yeast, so i think my sourdough starter must not have been as far along as it should have been (like today there are a lot more bubbles than yesterday). Still letting it do the final proof and will attempt to bake it and see what happens. It smells like proper sourdough, but i'm not confident this first attempt will work out.

 

Got our new couch delivered today and it only took 10 minutes for the cat to claim the ottoman

 

my biggest furniture take is I hate couches.
