yeah I’m sure you gotta treat it like stock

in Malaysian food they use it heavy af though. And some of theirs is fermented too. Pretty crazy and dank flavor.

I've heard of it being used to add taste to dishes but never for dipping. That might be a stretch for me too truthfully.
