Exactly. The chance to talk collaboratively / all at once is nice. Also like. I genuinely cared about this place as a community. I’m someone who constantly talked it up to the people in my life and how great and important it was. I feel like I’ve just been completely disappointed and that all my faith in the community was ill placed. I speak out how I do because I want this to be the kind of community it claims to be- progressive, intersectional, equal, etc etc etc. more often than not it falls short of what it claims to be and I’m done being disappointed by it. I’m disappointed that no one seems to want to actually make this the kind of community we claim to want. Idk. It’s just all so fucking shitty. Every time I think about it I just get so upset.
