If you report a moderator’s post, does the moderator who is reported see the report? Not that I care, but that’s some wild abuse of his position to be airing out some dirty laundry and laying out their thought process on whether or not to publicly drag a user

Just some weak ass shit to be expressing your thoughts that way and dragging someone as a mod when it was clearly unwarranted. It was obvious that the conversation was far from toxic but personal feelings sought to find toxicity where there was none

 

One time i banned deadkidsean for using glitter text and it still wasn't as bad a mod decision as making that post

Mods could see all reported posts on apnet so i assume it's the same here

 

Well I reported it so. Wish I had thought to take a screenshot of what I had written in the report but oh well

 

Also am I over reacting or was using my first name in that way inappropriate too?

Seeing you grumpy would be pretty strange for sure. I guess the closest is when someone is being more disappointing than usual and you express that disappointment, but that’s a different vibe than just grumpy to me.

Anyway I'm trying to remember what happened once a mod took care of a reported post on apnet. I think it was possible to delete the thread (the report itself) from the reports but lordy it's been too long

And like I genuinely did want feedback from others if they thought it was inappropriate use of my name or if I was over reacting

like I feel like I’m trying to approach this reasonably but it’s so hard when it feels so unfair

 

Yeah I have a lot of urges to be negative online built up over the years that I don’t like about myself and I much prefer making an effort to not do that and end up regretting what I say.

I don’t think I have enough knowledge or context to add anything to the more serious discussion going on right now, so I just hope everything currently escalating can get resolved.
