This season feels like way more of a slow burn than the last two. It's crazy how even the table-setting on this show can be so damn good though. Also David Thewlis is goddamn terrifying.
I was telling my wife that last night. It's amazing the ground work they've laid already for the entire season through two episodes.
"I was thinking drugs...you think it's slave girls?!" haha. I fucking love this show. Noah Hawley is king of TV right now for me. I feel like this matches the pace of S2, which I also thought was a slowburn until the second half the season.
Billy Bob is hard to top. I barely even consider anyone in S2 a villain, they're all the hero of their story (Hanzee and Mike M are real dope though) and VM is just a fucking weirdo. Excited to see where he goes
I still remember getting real heated when he sent his wife into the store because he was afraid of Lorne
That episode in s2 where they're holed up in the police station was just incredible, with Nick Offerman.
Man, any critic who disliked the first episode is going to absolutely shit on this episode. It's obviously really good, though.
I read a few facebook comments that were like: "boring" "most pointless hour of tv ever" "this season sucks" I DON'T UNDERSTANDDDD
Well I highly enjoyed it if that counts haha. Fargo season 3, episode 3 recap: Gloria goes to Hollywood
It doesn't, thankfully! You always did. Didn't try to give it a high score but a negative review so you could hedge your bets either way haha
