no bye weeks in general, players don’t need to rest and it fucks up my made up football team!

 

I never ended up using my No. 1 waiver wire position. Now that I'm 6-7, and there's NOTHING on the wire anyway, it doesn't really matter.

 

In past seasons when I get up to #1 (rarely) it’s almost a bad spot to be in because mentally you can’t convince yourself to use it on a less than league winner player and you hold and hold and it never comes. The kid in my league had the #1 claim for two straight seasons and never used it.

Last time I got #1 claim it was pure luck it was the week Jefferson started breaking out his rookie year. That was very ideal lol

 

Oh, it's the worst, haha. I purposely haven't used it for weeks, waiting on a sure-fire back-up to become a starter and it never happened and I missed out on so many other fringe pick-ups that I totally would have taken a dive on if I was like, 6th or 7th on the list that panned out for people.

Got Fields on a bye this week in a win and in game. Opponent has Josh Allen.

Who would you start at QB:

Lawrence
Tannehill
Huntley
Carr

 

Kinda in a similar boat. My options are:

Lawrence vs TEN (although he’s day to day & Questionable to even play)
Brady vs SF (terrible matchup)
Tannehill vs Jags
Watson (ugh) vs CIN

I picked up Lawrence last night but just saw that he might not play. In your situation, I'd lean Lawrence but pivot to Tannehill if he can't go.

I might pick up and play Carr this Thursday just in case Lawrence can't go.

 

Yeah I was planning on Lawrence but the “might not play” report got me seeking a backup just in case. I think Tannehill SHOULD get me a 15-20 range. Carr is also not a bad streamer for you. I would say Carr/Tannehill is the decision. I just hate TNF it’s always just a crapshoot haha

Barkley better fucking play this week after getting added to the injury report today. If he doesn't, due to his injury and byes, I'll be stuck starting James Cook and *squints at waiver wire* Mike Boone??????????

I'm in a similar boat and playing Tannehill, but I also make the playoffs if I lose as long as the team with one win less than me doesnt outscore me by 120pts, so, Tannehill is the nice safe bet for like 15pts. Huntley is nice for the scoring upside.

Might honestly be worth rolling Carr tonight; LAR defense is a shell of itself, he's been fairly steady, and at least if he sucks, you know early on you need to take risks

 

I am a Lamar owner and the best option on the waiver wire was Tyler Huntley lol so yeah. Our league hordes QBs. Two different teams have 3 QBs on their roster.
