5-1 in one league and 4-2 in the other, pretty psyched for my 5-1 league too because getting Hopkins back is gonna be dope

 

What do we think for this week fam? I have Brady and Lawrence on my roster, Matty Ice is sitting on waivers. I'm not going to waste my waiver priority for him, but do you think he's a better play this week over Brady and Lawrence? this is the saddest post I've ever made

 

Got Dak coming off the IR so I’m looking to move Brady or Geno (or Dak I guess?) but not sure which one. One guy has CMC, Breece, Swift, and Zeke for RBs and then Stafford and Trevor Lawrence so I was thinking of trying to work something out with him.

 

In the league I’m 5-1 I just checked and I’m 7th in scoring, but have the least amount of points against

 

so, I just suffered my first loss in my big $$ league, but my team is falling apart. Lost Penny last week and Hollywood Brown this week. Last week, I traded DJ Moore for Kyle Pitts even though I already have Goedert because I was sick and tired of Moore (we have 2 flex spots)

I have like no WR depth now though with Hollywood hurt lol would you trade Pitts for someone like McLaurin or Brandin Cooks? Right now my only WRs are Mike Evans, Romeo Doubs, Alec Pierce, and MVS. I have claims in for Mooney and Josh Reynolds tonight.

 

I would not trade Pitts for either McLaurin or Cooks. They’re not performing any better than what you’ve currently got. Imo your best bet is that Pitts turns it around and you can trade him later on for a better haul

 

Just got offered CMC and Evans for my Geno and Diggs. I’m leaning no bc CMC’s glass bones and a general difficulty of even entertaining parting with Diggs…but post trade my RB/WR rooms would be:

You're making yourself slightly better at WR but much worse at TE...nah I'm passing on any deal except for Kelce

 

Yeah that’s what my thought was. I could use an upgrade at WR but Andrews is basically a WR1 so unless he’s willing to offer me more than just a one for one, I don’t think it would be worth it for me. Especially if he wants Andrew’s that badly lol

 

I'm the only team in my league to have over 900 points scored (3rd highest) and 900 points scored against (highest in the league). Every year I somehow get the worst luck w/ opponents, but at least I'm 3-3

 

Who do ya'll like more ROS at TE: Njoku or Everett

I have Everett but with Allen coming back I'm thinking about trying to trade for Njoku.

Correct. Which is why I wouldn't bother trading for any other TE. There's no real difference between most of them. Most games, they're all ass, and then every now and then, for no rhyme or reason, a TE will breakout and have a 2 TD/100 yard game. But you never know who or when it'll happen.

And, I'd rather have Everett anyway simply because he's got a better QB/offense surrounding him. I know Herbert hasn't been the same since the rib injury, but still a better situation, imo. Browns are more focused on running the ball and Jacoby has come back down to earth, big time.

 

Was just offered my AJB for Gabe Davis/Godwin.

I probably would not. But I tend to dislike boom/bust players like Davis

 

I wouldn’t either. My general rule of thumb is I’ll never trade a player who is WR1/RB1 on their team unless I’m getting another WR1/RB1 in return

 

Yes. I dumped him earlier in the year, but have him starting this week. He went 356/2TD against them in Week 4 and every other QB has lit up TEN. Taylor being back probably means he doesnt throw 50 times again, but, almost may well mean they're better positioned to score more.

Lawrence you cant play with the matchup, and Brady, just feels like the wheels are falling off there (he's thrown 40+ times every game but isnt getting TDs).

Other benefit of Matt Ryan is he has TEN/WAS/LV in 3 of the next 4 weeks, which is like 3 bottom 5 fantasy pass defenses

 

Yep, the lone exception is "my team is riddled with injuries, I will trade my WR1/RB1 for 2 RB2s or 2WR2s who are like the 13th and 14th best at their position.

Gabe Davis has one massive week, otherwise he's like the WR20 or so, and Godwin right now isnt even a top 50 dude because of his injuries.

 

Do we like the Jets D @ Denver, or the Arizona D at home against the beat up Saints tonight? I need to pick a D to sub in for Philly

Thanks guys! Yeah I think I'm not going to do it. I just traded for AJB and am happy having a top 6ish WR.

The appeal was getting startable WR depth. Currently, I think Olave as my WR2 is pretty good, but my WR3 is a crapshoot of guys who COULD be good (London, Moore, Pierce) but choosing the right one each week is where I'll prob go wrong haha

I am rolling Jets. I picked up GB a few weeks back because they had a good stretch of matchups and they fucked it up big time haha
