I need to win so badly this week and I’m on pace to be the second highest scoring team of the week. But of course I’m playing the team who has the highest score. He still has Adams to go. I’m down 57 but still have Kyler, Hopkins, Sony, Dillon and GB to go.

Definitely need Adams to shit the bed.

 

I have Stafford/Cupp and my opponent has Montgomery/Conner. I’m up 2 but still nervous. Rams have been so inconsistent the last month. If I win I clinch the number one seed.

 

I always pick the wrong fucking defense.

Unless Kyler, Hopkins and Sony combine for 66 tomorrow (absurdly unlikely) I’m gonna lose. But what’s wild is, I am actually going to move from 5th place to 4th place because the 4th place team also lost and only scored 70 points so I’m going to go ahead of him in points as we will both be 7-7.

Only 4 teams make the playoffs. We still have another week left in our regular season next week and if I lose next week I’ll be out for sure. If I win, I’ll have to also make sure I’m ahead in points of the 5th place team (if he wins too) to make the playoffs.

 

My opponent got 90 points alone from just Allen, Adams and Lockett.

As long as Stafford, Sony, and Prater don’t combine for 56.83 tomorrow, I’m pretty sure I’m going to limp into the playoffs.

I feel your pain. Im the 3rd highest scoring team in my league but Im gonna miss the playoffs and probably finish 8th or 9th. 3 losses of <2pts, 5 losses of <5pts. But like 3 wins of 50+ points.

 

Which, to be fair, is where he belonged. Off an injury, after Javonte went off, it was reasonable to find him a sketchy flex and go something more reliable.

 

In my other league that I'm in 1st place I'm going to lose like 180-175 lol. I didn't need the win, but it's my highest scoring total of the season and of course it's not even going to be the highest of the week

 

I've talked myself into Kyler, Hopkins and Sony combining for the 63 points that I need tonight:

Hopkins: 2 TDs and 80 yards = 20 points
Sony: 1 TD, 100 yards = 17 points
Kyler: 300 yards, 3 passing TDs = 25
Kyler: 40 rushing yards, 1 rushing TD = 10

Total = 72 points

Oh I agree, he was questionable leading up to the game and thought they would barely use him.

 

Uhhhh, maybe not? The dude who had 70 has Prater. 10 points tonight from his kicker and thus far Kyler, Hopkins and Sony have only combined for 18.
