Gurley AND Ridley owner* And I’m facing Matt Ryan who instantly rushes for a TD. What an absolute disaster
Ughh, guess I’ll be trying to get Gage off waivers if it looks like Ridley is going to be out for a while (or season)
I mean if there is something worthy to pick up, sure but I wouldnt' do it just to do it plus who knows THE NOOCH might be a legend (he won't)
i have to drop someone to make room for Thomas coming off my IR spot, unless I just don’t touch my roster til they determine if Thomas will play or not this weekend.
In my league, Koo got 13 pts. I picked up Teddy B to start and he got 14. Feeling a certain way about that lol
wow after the first half i am disheartened at the final numbers for Mike Davis and Robbie Anderson. Two guys who have been crusshing it lately. I'm more sad about Robbie.
Boston Scott is still on the wire in my one league...but I already started Mike Davis last night and then I'm either going to start Aaron Jones/Jamaal Williams at RB2. Currently I have T. Higgins, Aiyuk and Fulgham rounding out my two wide receiver positions and flex. Is Boston Scott worth picking up and playing over any of them? The bigger issue is, I don't really have anyone to drop. My bench is CMC, Gibson, McLaurin, Fournette and Herbert. I normally don't keep two QBs but I cannot possibly drop Herbert after his 40-pointer and my starting QB is Lamar, who could get injured at any moment.
Over your other options, no. Long term he doesnt have much value, and sure the matchup is great, but, you just play Fulgham over him instead and probably do pretty well. I was in this same position. The other play is to trade one of the QBs, along with one of those WRs, for an elite WR1 (think Adams, Hopkins, etc). Then every week you're starting that dude + McLaurin and deciding between Higgins/Aiyuk/Gibson as your Flex once CMC is back healthy. Probably worth holding off until the trade deadline to make that move...just in case...but having both does you no long-term good (you cant start both...) like having an elite player would.
Grabbed Deejay Dallas with the news that Hyde and Carson sat out today. If it sounds like he’s gonna get most of the snaps, I’ll probably end up starting him over Perine. I’m running out of options besides Gordon with Robinson and Edmonds on bye and Mixon being out lol
Should I risk starting Carson or just go with Perine and Dobbins who are for sure playing? Other option is sitting Higgins, starting Keenan at WR and flexing Carson who I would switch out for Reagor should he be ruled out
Wouldn't do that. I dont love Dobbins' matchup, and obviously dont know how many touches he'll actually get...but dont think you can reasonably sit around and hope Carson is active and getting volume Id say use Higgins + Keenan as WRs and/or flex before relying on Carson
Is it safe to roll with Jefferson this weekend? I think jaire is gonna (hopefully) be shadowing thielen all game so he should still get his looks.
I think I’m ready to move on from hanging on to Shenault and grab another WR for my bench, especially now with the news that Minshew has a fractured thumb. Would Reagor or Preston Williams be the better grab? The thought behind Williams is that maybe he’ll have a better connection with Tua than Fitz. Ruggs, Mims, and Mooney are also available receivers who have been getting some buzz.
I would go Reagor Preston Williams has gotten basically no separation this year. He is a big body but Tua isn't going to be lobbing up 50/50 balls like Fitz did in all likelihood
