Damn I was dead in the water 4 weeks ago at 4-5 and I rattled off 3 straight wins (will be 4 after this week) to somehow not only make the playoffs but will probably end up being the #1 seed lol

I need 38 from Chris Carson tonight.

In the league where I was #1 as of two weeks ago and still am the highest scoring team, I miss the playoffs if:

    <7pts from Chris Carson OR
Russell Wilson to score 14 more points than Lockett OR
    Diggs to go for 14+

In the league where I started 2-5, I make the playoffs if Lockett stays below 20pts.

That late Brady garbage time really murdered me. I was cruising to a comfortable win until Houston let him surpass 300yds and score another TD

Started Woods and White in one league, had them both on the bench in another. Ugh. Need 24.8 from Wilson to still win in the league where I benched those two.

Worst part is that was basically the right choice. White certainly...Woods was trickier but with how up and down that offense has been...

Just like I wouldn't have willingly benched Jonathan Williams for Golladay or Anthony Miller based off the last 2 weeks...and yet both put up 20 more points...

for sure. Cruel sport. In the league I benched them in I have both Gordon and Ekeler (started both) and it’s causing me decision issues every week.

also have Parker and Ridley who are doing well. Kamara is my other RB

Do I dare start Ryan Tannehill over Drew Brees next week in an absolute must win?

who do the titans play? Obviously the Saints have a tough matchup against the Niners.

Feels good to have won this week even with starting Winston over Wentz, and Parker and Sutton both also on my bench

I dont think its a crazy idea. The only QBs who have had any success against the 49ers are mobile QBs (Jackson, Wilson, Murray), and basically the max against them is 250yds and 2TDs. Brees adds zero rushing value; without that its hard to get more than ~15-18pts against them.

Tannehill v OAK feels like it has a ~15pt floor, with maybe 25pt upside.

I know whatever I do...it’ll be the wrong decision.

I picked up Darnold last week to anticipate him playing the Dolphins but I don’t feel good about that now. Jacoby, Josh Allen and Matt Ryan are also on the wire but I feel Tannehill not only has the best matchup but has been on a hot streak.

I would def go Tannehill. I don’t really pay attention to the Titans because I usually just don’t use their players in fantasy but did not realize he’s 5-1 as the starter. He’s been on fire lately and I think he will get you points

gonna do it. Then flip out on YOU when it doesn’t work out, haha.

Of course, this will all be a moot point when Chris Carson gets me 38 tonight.

Yeah I’d say go with Tannehill vs OAK. I think he was the third best fantasy QB since becoming the starter prior to Week 13?

Having Carson and Penny both on my fantasy team is very interesting.

Im starting both this week lol

Yep, there's something to playing a bottom 5 defense versus maybe the best defense...but, like Darnold is in a similar spot and I wouldnt willingly do Darnold over Brees after this past week.

So uh... penny AND Carson are basically starter worthy now huh?

I'm thinking of dropping Brissett for Tannehill to give me a viable option for Dak who has a hard AF schedule to end the year and has proven to not be matchup proof IMO

They are both in my lineup this week and I’m loving it!!!

I also have Mattison on my bench. If Cook is out I have no idea what to do next week round 1 of playoffs.

yeah I picked up penny last week but didn’t start him (wanted to wait one more week and see how well he did)

but uh... thinking I might throw him in that flex spot next week
