Yeah his name caught my eye. I might make the pickup actually. Gotta figure out who to drop:worried:

Maybe I can just wait until AJ Green gets put back to OUT where he belongs

They need to reform how the IR slot works for sure. The frequency with which a guy gets placed back to questionable on Mon when I KNOW he's out for another 3-4 weeks, and their own stat projections show 0pts for 3-4 weeks, is crazy. In a short bench league, its infuriating to think I have to drop someone just to make waiver moves that dont affect the guy I know isnt playing

They should treat it more like the NFL actually treats the IR spot. If you place someone in there it has to be for a min of x weeks (I'd say 2 or 3), but they can remain stashed with no penalty until you have to remove them.

I've never even been in a fantasy football league that offers an IR spot (baseball, yes), but I'm definitely going to pitch it as an idea for next year.

In my baseball fantasy league I would argue there needs to be like 4 IR spots lol

This is their reasoning but it’s still dumb that they can’t just override it

Imagine holding onto Green for eight straight weeks for nothing with no end in sight

They'd be so incredibly stupid not to trade him at this point. If they let him walk this off season without getting anything in return for him....Well it is the Bungles.

Why would anybody trade for him when he hasn’t played in and finished a game in a calendar year at this point and still isn’t ready to play this season?

I smell a Jalen Ramsey situation where that foot would suddenly feel a lot better on a winning team.

If you're the Bengals, you (should) take anything for him at this point considering he's not going to be a Bengal next year and you're 0-7 right now. If some team comes in and says we'll give you a 5th rounder, you gotta take it.

It’s not his foot, it’s his ankle. And I guess you’ve missed him being vocal about staying in Cincy, citing Larry Fitzgerald as a guy who has “done it right” staying with the team that drafted him.

Golladay vs NYR or John Brown vs PHI? Brown is consistent but Golladay has a really soft matchup and last week seems like a fluke.

Brown is gonna smoke Philly’s corners

of course, he'll be retired before Cincy competes again. 3 of the last 4 years where he's missing 6+ games...and now heading into his age 32 season. If hes lucky he has 3 seasons left in him, but even that 3rd season assumes he's taken the 3rd WR role on a contender.

I guess the question is why not both? Golladay getting 10ish targets vs the Giants feels like an easy 6/100/1TD day, and Brown v PHI feels like he's repeating the MIA game at worst. I presume you have a true WR1 above them, but that gives you 2WR and a flex. They're almost certainly both top 20 plays.

Godwin and Lockett are my other two WRs

Well damn. In that case, I might go brown for what feels like steady points. You've got enough blow-up potential with Godwin.

So if Brees actually plays Sunday, I assume he's a no-brainer start over Goff and Allen. All three have fantastic matchups. I have Goff pegged in there now but am ready to swipe him out as soon as (if) Brees is officially announced the starter, but I kind of fear he'll be rusty.

Also, I NEVER have 2 QBs on my roster so having three (had to with Brees being injured and Goff being very inconsistent) has been a nightmare.

Don’t really want to roll with the 49ers D/ST against McCaffrey and the Panthers. Was thinking of streaming either the Lions vs NYG or Seattle vs ATL. Thoughts?

I’m saying fuck it and rolling with San Fran anyway this week. They’ve been so good.

So Andrews is on bye and my back up option, Cook, is out. Who the fuck do I pick up? Walker’s back up in Tenn?
