Sammy Watkins and Robby Anderson were both dropped in my league. Should I try to use a waiver claim on either? Both have gone off at least once this season but have been kind of meh otherwise, idk if either are worth it.

 

I would on Robby. Jets coming up on a soft schedule now

 

Even Watkins has solid potential come fantasy playoffs...but he's more in that WR3 range where most weeks you're getting 4/60 type games. Think Will Fuller but probably less blow-up potential

 

I’m tied for first in my league at 5-2, but every team besides the guy that’s 0-7 is sitting at 4-3 or 3-4. I’ll probably try to grab Anderson to get some help for now.

 

would you guys trade Aaron Jones straight up for JAmes Conner?

my thought process is A) Conner has already has his bye and B) has a nice schedule coming up

 

The majority of Rudolph's passes goes to running backs

 

I would not. Conner has been pretty banged up this year and there’s still a lot of season left. Jones is also in the better offense.

 

If it's ppr Conner has caught 15 passes the last two games

and Snell is on waivers so I could grab him

Also, Conner has 55yds as his max rushing. His blow-up potential, Dolphins game aside, is pretty damn limited

 

What would y’all do with this roster? No one is really inclined to trade in my league, so I think I’ll have to oversell to get anyone interested.

RB - Henry, Coleman, ekeler, Michel, mixon, ty Johnson
WR - Adams, Diggs, Jeffrey, Tate, Green
TE - Waller, Andrews

 

I would package one of the TEs with a running back to try and get a stud

 

So, after Thursday night, Id try and turn Diggs/Michel into a legit WR1. I suspect Diggs will have a pretty solid game with Thielen out, and then that's 3 weeks of solid performance that makes him a perfect sell high. Michel too coming off the 3TD game. The dream is to turn some combo of Coleman/Ekeler/Michel/Diggs/Jeffrey...which right now I imagine is some tough weekly calls...into 3 players who are locked as RB2, WR2, and flex each week. And Tate/Johnson become bye week fills.

Another option is one of those RBs + Andrews to a team with terrible TE's. Andrews has outsize value because the TE position sucks, and you dont want to trade Waller.

The final option is to swing for the fences. Does the Mahomes owner in your league have depth/injury issues? What about the CMC or Cook owners? The Julio or Hopkins owners? There you could be looking offer a 2-for-1 for elite playoff potential. Allen is not very consistent, so you're looking for a QB upgrade to an elite guy if its there.

 

This is probably the cleanest move. Michel + Andrews right now, or whichever RB looks like the best sell-high after this week for someone like Bell or Carson

 

I would be interested in pairing a stud WR with Adams because this league is 1 PPR Also. The Hopkins owner also has Hilton as well. His starting RBs are Freeman/Conner/Carson. So I’m wondering if I could pry either Hopkins or Carson from him for Diggs/Michel, or Michel/Andrews (he is starting Greg Olson)

otherwise the bell owner has fournette too, but is playing kupp/Marvin Jones as his starting WRs. His TEs are Everett/engram currently. If y’all think I could get by trading Diggs/Michel or Diggs/ekeler for either bell or fournette and just roll with Jeffrey/Tate/Green as my WRs do I do it? (Kenny stills is on waivers right now too)

 

yeah, Diggs is not a great PPR play; whereas someone like Bell certainly can be. Carson has less value there too...but, he gets enough volume to make up for it (fournette too it seems). Ekeler has some value in PPR obviously, so if a Diggs/Michel -> Hopkins happens, thats a big win for you.

 

I'm happy with my roster right now as it is. I have a long term plan but need to sit on it for now and let things play out. Once teams start to fade from the playoff picture, I know I need to make a move for a #1 WR, but I need to be patient even though I've gone from 4-1 to 4-3.

I already start Aaron Jones, so Hyde seems like the most obvious play here, but....not thrilled about it.

 

It's not Landry or Williams so I'd go Hyde I think.

 

Fucking Yahoo. Zac Taylor said AJ Green isn’t going to play this week but they only changed his status to doubtful.

Keke Coutee, Olabisi Johnson, and the miami WRs are the top options on the wire according to yahoo's projected scoring. After that, it just gets worse.

The top two tehre are intriguing with the injuries to the guys ahead of them. If Denver had a better QB, DaeSean Hamilton would be intriguing too.

 

Is it PPR? I might honestly go Bisi.
