I’d be much more inclined to do that.

Yeah, Id take that. It hurts you for the next week or two with kamara not healthy, but you have Edmonds to fill in for some of that, and long-term Julio is who you want.

Also, within this context, bid decently high for Ty since he can fill those two weeks (@NYG, @OAK) while you're softer sans Kamara.

Was able to get McKissic but still meh. Losing Kerryon hurts because I was the only team in my league with 3 RB1’s. I have stashed a few great handcuffs so if injury happened, I would instantly have 4 and trade off 1 for a WR.

    My plan did not work.

I did not get Ty Johnson in that league but I did get McKissic

    would you do A. Jones/Gallup for Julio/Mixon?

Switch your league to FAAB. We made the switch and its the best thing weve ever done.

My league is a bunch of dinosaurs to I can’t even get us to switch to PPR. However, all last season and this season I’ve been pitching switching to FAAB and I THINK next season there is a chance we do it.

It just seems so much better, much more strategy, more “GM like” thinking, and you have a chance every week to get a player.

I feel like .5 is the sweet spot but i don’t mind full point.

.5 is what I’ve been pitching for literally what feels like 5 years. It is horrible. It drives me crazy.

It took like 3 years for me to get the rule established you cannot keep a player who was drafted in the 1st round.

Agreed 100%. With Kerryon getting hurt, everyone wanted Ty. Instead of just the first person in line getting him, it gives equal opportunity to everyone. Its sooo much better.

How have there been virtually barely any updates about Matt Ryan in the past 48 hours?

I'm fucked if he's out...My 2QB league, the QBs on the waiver wire are...Trubisky, Carr, Moore, Dalton, Fitz, Rudolph, Flacco, Allen.

I think if I had to, I'd probably pick Carr based on matchup? Or maybe Rudolph?

    I’d go with Carr

Rudolph would probably be the play, just matchup wise. Carr isnt a terrible option either

Yep, in my league with deep benches, he went for $70 to the owner that had Kerryon (an overpay, for sure...but, considering whats left...). Whereas in my league with limited bench, I got him for $25, but thats also because half the league probably doesnt even know Kerryon is hurt.

I actually love my league setup; .5ppr, FAAB, 2RB/2WR/2Flex (no TE required), 5 bench spots + 1IR. Only thing I might change is adding another IR spot, because Ive definitely struggled a bit with injuries, but thats kind of the point. It means if you've got a guy whose out for 2-3 weeks, suddenly you might have to drop them to cover bye week gaps.

Gonna have to start some combo of James White/Royce Freeman/Mark Walton/AP at running back this week because Zeke is on a bye. God, this will suck.

Losing Kerryon puts me in rough shape. Have to decide between an abysmal selection for FLEX:

Auden Tate, McKissic, Benny Snell, then also could do Hockenson, Mattison, or Henderson.
