I wish I had changed my user name... Prestigious

Thinking about flipping Kamara out for a slight "downgrade" at RB1 because of his schedule but I'm getting super gun-shy.

All that red is frightening to me without Brees because I think he still has a safe floor but his ceiling is significantly lowered. Obviously you don't want to move someone of his caliber for just anyone. I think Bell is where I'd draw the line.

CMC, Zeke, Cook, Kamara, Chubb seem to be basically the consensus top 5 in some order, with Johnson and Bell right behind them. I just wish I didn't have OBJ because I'd be all about Chubb

Not trading away Chris Carson two weeks ago has definitely left me feeling good. I hope this continues, he's looked GOOD the last 2 games. I love his power running, he makes -3 yard runs turn into a gain of 4 or 5. Love it.

Yeah, we're pretty lucky that SEA has stuck with Carson after all those fumbling issues (and probably lucky that Penny wasn't healthy enough to take over).

Probably the most timely hamstring injury for us Carson owners. If Penny was healthy he easily would have started against Arizona and probably put up over 100 yards & they'd keep riding him. Phew.

    PPR, pick 3

    Jarvis Landry @ SF
    Will Fuller V v. ATL
    John Brown @ TEN
    David Montgomery @ OAK
    Carlos Hyde v. ATL
    Darrel Williams v IND

Injuries and lack of production have made my life in this league suck. Williams is probably out of contention for this league unless the KC backs stay injured and not playing. John Brown's QB is hurt, otherwise he's been an autostart for me the last couple weeks on volume alone.

Right now I'm rolling with the top 2 and Monty.

I've noticed that you always come in here with "pick three" requests and I feel like you can make some easy decisions for yourself to make the request seem less daunting to others.

Damien Williams has resumed practicing. If he plays, along with McCoy, you cannot consider Darrel Williams. Hyde sucks. Brown has a tough matchup with a backup QB throwing him the ball. I would go with Monty, Fuller, and Landry.

I'm sorry. I was trying really hard not to be rude. I just can't help but think when someone presents those scenarios with a plethora of options that there's a way to cut out the blubber. It's not just David. I see it on here and plenty of other places online and it's just always seemed weird to me.

Haha I have no confidence in most of these guys because they were all drafted to be bench depth with the exception of Landry, so now I’m scrambling every week to make a decision until these guys get healthy. I usually include all the possible options in case someone can talk me into someone. As much as Fuller feels like a must start, he hasn’t really done shit so far this year. Same with Monty for the most part. Thank god Landry is out of concussion protocol because I don’t feel good about these guys this week at all.

Trust me, I definitely feel that in one of my league haha. I actually have Fuller in one my leagues (I have Watson and Hopkins in the other lol). I think it should be a get-right spot for Fuller. He currently ranks sixth in the NFL in average total of air yards at 16.8 and he’s seeing a decent amount of targets every week (aside from week 1), plus he’s playing a lot of the snaps. Everything you want as far as usage and opportunity is there for Fuller. Unfortunately, the big plays just haven’t happened yet. However, I don’t see the Falcons defense stopping Watson and the Texans offense. Fuller should smash.

I drafted Kupp in 2 of my 3 leagues and he’s been my MVP so far.

My biggest conundrum this week is what to do in my superflex league. Need to figure out who to start in my RB2 and superflex. Pick 2:

    Austin Ekeler
    Melvin Gordon
    Gardner Minshew

Recent reports from Anthony Lynn seem to indicate that Gordon is going to play in a limited role. Minshew has been good for 16 or 17 points so far, which is great for a streaming QB2, but I’m wondering if Ekeler and Gordon could both absolutely smash against Denver even if they split the work. Thoughts?

debating starting both Chargers backs myself. I think I’m going to play James white and Ekeler over Gordon this week. Hopefully I’m wrong about Gordon this week and they both are great together moving forward.

Something is wrong with fantasy football this year. This is my roster in a 10 team standard dynasty league and I’m 7th out of 10 in points scored. 3-1 at least but still. Wtf.

    QB: Dak, Murray, Cam

RB: Gordon, DJ, Bell, Conner, Henry, D Thompson

WR: Hopkins, M Thomas, Ty Williams, Sutton, Kirk, Stills

    TE: Ertz, Ebron, MacDonald

    DST: Panthers

    K: Gould

Is Darrel Williams droppable at this point? I know he’s not very good, but Kenyan Drake is just sitting on the waivers as a FA and it seems worth it to have him on my bench over Williams since Damien and McCoy are both healthy.

    My current RB situation:

    CMC
    Melvin Gordon
    Devonta Freeman
    Miles Sanders
    Royce Freeman
    Darrel Williams

I’m about to drop him too, he had a good two weeks but I doubt he’s going to be worth rostering unless one of the other two get injured again.

I did it. I’d rather have the starting RB (as bad as miami might be) on my bench than the guy that’s 3rd in line.

Also, Drake could end up getting traded to a better situation at some point as well. And, his scores more fantasy points each week since the beginning of the season. So, considering I feel pretty comfortable with my team overall I think he’s worth a bench stash at this point.

If you’re waiting for Kenyan Drake to get traded, you might as well hold onto Darrell Williams in the event of Damien Williams or McCoy getting injured. One is just coming back from injury and the other has been on the injury report practically all season, plus he has an extensive injury history. I’d rather hold onto Darrell Williams than waste a bench spot on Drake hoping he gets traded. You know how valuable a Chiefs RB can be in your lineup.

I guess the way I see it is that Drake has gotten a consistent 9-10 points in my PPR league and as gross as it might sound I can play him in a pinch if an injury occurs or when bye weeks start happening. While Darrel Williams only has value if one of the guys ahead of him gets hurt. I think for me it’s just more of safety net than anything else. The trade thing is just more of a “it could happen and make his value go up” thing. I really don’t like stashing players unless they can get me points if I’m in a pinch or they are the true handcuff to one of my RB’s. (I know I’ll probably end up regretting it)
