Do you guys think Diggs/Darrel Williams is a fair offer for Tyreek?

Tyreek owner also has Damien Williams so figured I'd dangle him.

My initial offer was Diggs/Williams/AJ Green but I thought that might be a little too much.

I swear some people overreact too much by dropping really solid players when they're going to be out for a little bit of time, like the waiver wire isn't going to have anyone better than if you just hold on to them until they return

 

It's a 4 guy bench. I can't stand it, but the commish does it so that the waiver wire has better players on it - like Gallup. Makes it tough to hang onto guys during injuries/byes/suspensions.

I agree. No IR spot either. I'm always vocal about changing it but he doesn't wanna budge. I argued when it was a 5 guy bench and he lowered it to 4 lol.

 

if you have shallow benches you have to have an IR slot at least

 

Yeah, that's no good. I'm a 5-person bench but we have an IR spot. I actually like the 5-person bench overall; means people have to make real choices during bye weeks. In my other league we have 7 or 8, and I can just leave worthless players there in hope they perform 6 weeks from now.

Another reason I had no problem letting Diggs go COME BACK MICHAEL

 

We do a 5 person bench with an IR for a 12 team league with a Flex. We want to have SOME on the waivers but 4 would be too short of a bench

 

That's the most equal trade of all time so essentially no point in doing it but it's definitely not lopsided.

 

It really isn't that bad for being the first offer in trade talks, but I only have Fournette and Carson as starting RB's and there's NOTHING on my bench I can start so I don't feel good letting Kerryon go yet. I don't want to touch the SF running back situation and am nervous with the Cousins/Min offense.

So...I offered James White and Robert Woods for Melvin Gordon to this guy in my league. Figured he'd counter wanting a stronger WR or wanting Bell or something.

Instead he and countered with:

Ekeler/Woods for Gordon

That feels significantly worse for him, right? And kind of a big win for me since having Ekeler/Gordon in a 5-person bench league is tough...am I missing something and he's playing Jedi mind tricks? Mind you, this guy is TERRIBLE at fantasy...he has Kareem Hunt on his bench for whatever reason, for example

 

Just got offered Adams/Mack for my David Johnson/Cooks.
What do you guys think?

 

Id want to know Adams health before I'd decide. If he misses a few weeks, its no good. Mack too.

If its PPR I think Id rather keep DJ.

 

Yeah it's a pretty fair trade but both Mack and Adams are dinged up, neither practiced today

It's honestly almost an unnecessary trade lol it doesn't really move the needle for either of you

 

Yeah and DJs matchup is juicy this week. Thinking of countering with Aaron Jones and Cooks for Adams and Mack.

 

Lol I know. I went rb thru the first 3 rounds in this league so Cooks is my number 1 wr. Itd basically balance my roster out so id have Dalvin and Jones as my rbs and then adams would be my wr 1

 

Anyone got thoughts on this? Or has seen news about Ekeler somehow being more involved?

 

if you don't need Woods, I think I would make that deal

I think Ekeler will still have value but not nearly RB1 value

 

I dont, Im kind of low on him with Goff being up and down, and I have Edelman/Jeffrey/Tate/McLaurin that Im comfortable with behind OBJ.

Im worried Gordon will get hurt out of the gate; but if he stays healthy I feel like I basically pick up a 1st round pick

 

I’d probably do that trade. Gordon hopefully will come back and dominate. The only thing is idk if they’re going to give him the full workload this week or ease him in still. Haven’t seen anything on that.
