Also, really rooting for my wife's team this week. The guy she is playing talks trash to me all the time saying that my wife and I collude and things like that (I know he's joking, but sometimes I feel like there might be a little part of him that thinks we do actually collude). I'm also rooting for her because she has really gotten hurt by injuries already this week. So much so that she ended up having to start a TE in her flex position. She needs Joe Mixon to score 23.93 points tonight (which I know is a long shot, but isn't completely out of the realm of possibility).

So, can everyone do a little dance tonight and hope that Mixon can get her the points she needs. I really want her to beat him this week because of the reasons I stated above and because I beat him last week, I beat him this week in another league we are both in, which will be great to know that he got beat by both my wife and I in the same week.

 

I have some good news, I have Mixon on my bench in a matchup I've already lost so he's set to have a stellar night

Love when some of my top picks don't do shit (looking at you Adam Thielen and Joe Mixon) so I lose by less than 10 points

In my more competitive league it is bare, in my other someone dropped Michel and Royce freeman before Sunday’s games. Haha

 

I might have to use a waiver spot on Jordan Howard and it honestly fucking kills me. I need to just throw in a flex spot RB with Kerryon (who is my normal flex) is on a bye. I'm hoping for literally a TD score from him haha.

I'm hoping as a FA pickup and I can (again) pick up AJ Brown and Allison for some depth. Both have been on my team and dropped like 3 times this year.

RB - mixon, Henry, Ekeler, gallman (have a waiver claim in for Sony Michel, I’m #2)

WR - Adams, Jeffrey, Diggs, Hollywood, Green

would leave me thin at RB, but if I get Michel tonight I think that would ease the drop off a bit.

 

Maybe wait until tomorrow and see if you land Michel. The #1 waiver person may do it … because I would. Sure he's disappointed but definitely not a player to straight up drop.

You're going to lose Ekeler (might have one decent week left) and then stuck with Mixon and Henry who aren't … the best options. They're fine but on bad teams.

 

I would try reading Gallman for somebody else. Giants are about the run into a defensive gauntlet against the Vikings and the Patriots. Shepard isn’t likely going to be reliable during that stretch, especially with Tate coming back.

If you really want Shepard, I would suggest trading for him in a buy-low scenario in two weeks.

I just made that move in another league

 

So I listen to the fantasy footballers podcast and I am part of their Megalabowl league for fun (there are like 1000's of players all trying to get into the listener league for next year). So, it's not my most important league out of my 3 leagues, but man I wish the team in that league was my team in either of my "real" leagues that I am playing with people I know in real life, because it is pretty stacked. I'm 3-1 and am currently outscoring everyone by 150+ points.
