Minshew allegedly had a tell that was tipping run vs pass in that game. Would explain how/why Fournette was facing contact almost immediately upon getting the hand-off. The Jags OL looked awful IMO and the tell thing is plausible. If so, its a testament to Fournette's ability that he was only at -3 yards before the long run considering how bad the Titans DL was wrecking shop

It definitely felt like they knew haha. That dude had a swarm or guys ON him before the ball was even in his hands.

Does make the 69 yard run seem more impressive if true.

DJ Moore or Tyrell Williams in my flex?

I saw it mentioned on either r/NFL or r/fantasyfootball so it could be complete and utter BS. But I've never seen a DL swarming like that so consistently. When I saw the comments about it I was like "oh yeah I guess that would help them"

Tyrell unless there's a really really good reason Kyle Allen only targeted Moore once last week

I would go with Moore. Colts and Raiders are two of the slowest paced teams this year, while the Panthers and Texans are two of the faster paced teams. I know the targets weren’t there last week against the Cardinals, but I’d follow the play volume and potential shootout in the Panthers/Texans game.

    Pick 2. .5ppr 12 team

Hilton (doubtful tho), Woods, Metcalf, Jones Jr.

Leaning Metcalf & Jones bc I’m 1-2 and feel like Woods isn’t going to get it going unless something drastically changes in that offense

think I would go Woods and Marvin Jones. Detroit is going to have to throw a ton to keep up with KC

Jfc Jackson and Mike Williams are gonna be out. I’m gonna have to drop some people because I’m stashing Green and Tate. I’m probably gonna go ahead and drop Jackson since Gordon is back.

Has anyone seen the status of McCoy and Damien Williams? I have Darrel Williams so I wondering if he’d be a good play, he did well last week.
Edit: Damien Williams will be out again.

yeah Jackson is definitely droppable now that he is hurt and Gordon is back

I was going to keep him just for this last week because I figured he and Ekeler could tear up Miami’s defense (sorry lol) like Elliot/Pollard did but now I’ve got to find someone else.

I’m going to say probably not unless he goes to like KC if another one of their RB’s go down

Not for a bit. I can see him eventually becoming part of a timeshare, but unless you're in a deep bench league, hes weeks away from that

I think it depends on where he goes. The Giants are the obvious one because Gallman isn't very good and they have the need, but how good is their OL? Does Green Bay need a backup after Jamaal Williams got knocked into 2027 on Thursday night? The OL there has been rough too

Dolphins will probably trade Kenyan drake somewhere too in the next few weeks I would imagine

PPR, pick 3....at least 2 need to be WRs

    John Brown v. NE
    Will Fuller v. CAR
    Jarvis Landry @ BAL
    Darrel Williams @ DET
    David Montgomery v. MIN
    Carlos Hyde v. CAR
    Rashaad Penny @ ARI

John Brown has been an auto start for me since I picked him up but he’s going against Gilmore and is probably going to be shadowed. Landry has been a disappointment, ditto for David Montgomery. Fuller hasn’t had the big game yet.

This situation is going to drive me crazy until I get Tyreek Hill and A.J. Green back

Brown or Fuller will finally pop for a long TD catch this week. It's going to be whichever one you don't play.

I'd probably go Montgomery, Brown and Fuller though. Can't trust Landry yet that offense is a mess

I think that would be my play..Fuller hasnt gone off yet, but he got 7 targets the last two games. Similar theory for Brown, getting decent target counts. And Montgomery has 15+ touches in the last 2 games..only way you could start someone over him is if McCoy misses the game

edit: Though if Stafford is out for DET, you might be able to play Darrel Williams just because that game will be a murder and DET allows RBs to get a lot of catches (Ekeler and Sanders both had 60+ yards receiving alone)

Gotta play Fuller with Donte Jackson battling a groin injury this week. Who knows if he’ll play. Give me Darrell Williams out of all of those RBs.

As for the other WR, you’re honestly better off grabbing Paul Richardson off the waivers than playing either of those guys in bad matchups. Giants secondary really sucks and McLaurin is battling a hamstring injury. Could mean more looks for Richardson in a game Vegas projects to be high scoring.
