Still wouldnt be surprised to see him traded. The RB depth across the league is thin, and if a competitor suffers an injury, I can absolutely see a team taking an 8 game rental on Gordon while the Chargers take a 3rd rounder (basically moving up the comp pick a year)

Me picking up Preston Williams and Jay Ajayi a few minutes ago goes to show how much my fantasy team has hit a wall.

I had to drop MVS in a couple of my leagues last week because he wasn't doing anything I needed to make moves, so of course I didn't get him back on waivers in either league this week...boo

Is Jay Ajayi working out for a team?

Nope not yet! Only basis anyone has is this random tweet earlier:

The RBs they did work out dont exactly fit the Ajayi mold...

For what it’s worth, I also like Kirk

Kirk is 3rd in the league in targets behind Keenan ALlen and Michael Thomas

It’s too bad the Cardinals offense isn’t good

I just can’t catch any luck on the WR front. I was rooting for just one of Anthony Miller, Geronimo Allison, or James Washington would be a serviceable WR3 this year ... nope.

After week 1 tried grabbing McLaurin or Chark off waivers. Nope.

After week 2 tried getting Agholor. Nope.

Week 3: literally no more WR’s left since they’re all kept. Preston Williams as a FA here we go.

I hate reading “top waiver pickup” articles because 90% of the time all the players have been drafted and stashed on another team’s bench.

It'll get better. The first three weeks tell me Kirk is going to be a major player throughout as they get more of their legs beneath them.

sure but they are throwing it a SHITLOAD. Murray has attempted 137 passes in 3 games...most in the league

These are my hopes. I like how everything looks on paper. I'm hoping the efficiency comes sooner rather than later.

I’m thinking of trading Chris Carson for a WR. The dude who his interested has Lockett, Landry, DJ Moore.

I’m wondering if it is worth it or to hold out hope.

assuming you can spare Carson, I think I'd definitely trade him for Lockett

I doubt you can get Lockett for him and I wouldn’t aim for Landry. If you are fine at RB without Carson, I would aim for Moore. Carson has a good matchup coming up though and if he can’t put it together against Arizona then when will he?

    Received a proposition today

    Trade: kerryon
    Receive: David Montgomery, metcalf

.5 PPR, I would be more inclined to trade kerryon, but since they just cut CJ I’m thinking he’s gonns get most of the work now moving forward.

Who are you dropping then if you accept this trade?

No idea, it is a five spot bench with one IR.

currently have golladay, Hollywood, penny, Melvin Gordon, Cam, and green in IR.

I could drop cam as I’m starting Kyle Allen (2 QB league), but that just leaves me with two QBs total.

I always view any sort of deals where there’s a disparity between how many players one is sending vs receiving as the player I’m dropping is a part of the deal so it’s worth viewing the trade within that frame. If you do take it, I would drop Cam.

Who do you have at WR and RB in total?

I’m looking to pick up Darrell Williams this week. Should I drop Malcolm Brown or Chris Thompson? I’m leaning toward Brown, as much as it kills me to drop a valuable handcuff, but I’m already clogging up my roster with Austin Ekeler, Justin Jackson, and Melvin Gordon so I don’t think I have any room for another handcuff.

    Thoughts?

Regularly I’m starting mixon, kerryon, freeman at RB, And nuk and Evans at WR. I’m thinking of declining basically on the fact barring injury, I won’t ever use metcalf. As I’m sure I’d utilize golladay and green (once he’s back) over him.

Probably would go brown as well, Thompson seems to be getting more work than AP, And AP just isn’t that good anymore. Thompson has decent flex value especially in PPR.
