Is it insane to start Mostert over Ekeler in half PPR?

 

I’ve contemplated this too, even with enough healthy players, never did though. Haha

 

Yeah, it was in my 3WR/2RB league, so, as I took injuries to Jeffrey and others, it came down to like, Auden Tate and Cole Beasley when they were both regularly getting 6-8pts a game...or Andrews (who'd vacillate between 4pts and 14pts). Just got easier to leave Andrews in and hope he got a TD

Definitely not insane. I think they're both in very similar situations in terms of touches/matchup...and Mostert just blew up against two very good defenses, so starting him isnt a bad idea

 

Due to injuries I’m pretty fucked at WR and depth.

Perriman / Watson vs DET

Mostert has the most upside I think, but mixon will have the volume.

 

I agree but that NE D scares me the most out of all 3 of those matchups.

Yes. Ideally I’d start Conner but tough matchup plus not playing for weeks also scares me.

 

yeah I’d say do mixon or mostert. I’m leaning mixon even against that patriots defense. Even though mostert has been hot 49ers backfield could lean on breida this week. At least you know for sure mixon will get the ball 15+ times a game or so.

Mostert. Nice O/U and spread suggests a comfortable 49ers win which means gameflow benefit gives him a very high ceiling.

The only thing I'm stressing is Higbee vs. Ertz for my tight end spot but it seems like a coin flip at worst. Already 23 points in the hole thanks to Mark Ingram so I could use a big game from someone after getting lucky last week.

edit: Actually that's not true. I picked up Wentz recently and the fantasy experts are super down on Russell Wilson after the last couple of weeks. I'm not galaxy braining that decision, though.

 

looks like Fuller is playing too, so, still not sure what to do here. I think I can pretty much eliminate Watson as an option here....there are a few guys on the waiver wire that are prob similar to Watson in terms of odds to go off:
