I mean if there is no prize money for the consolation bracket, sure. But both leagues I’m in whomever wins the consolation bracket gets some money back. It’s just nice incentive for everyone to keep playing.

Any reason to consider starting Higbee over Waller in PPR other than the fact that he’s outscored Waller handily over the past couple weeks?

Uh higbee might have more potential to go off, but Waller has a safer floor and he’s playing a pretty awful jags d.

This. Current Jags are like where MIA was to start the season...you gotta play people against them.

alright. Rolling Waller! I have all year, may as well. I’ve been extremely lucky all year in this league. 11-2, 1 seed with a bye and now playing the guy who scored 181 points last week with 55 of them being from Brees. He’s also got CMC, Cooper, A Robinson, Ingram, Mixon, J Cook. I have a shot but I need everything to hit right.

my roster. 12 team ppr. Single week round elimination semi finals. Ugh.

    QB: Dak, Ryan, Eli
RB: Chubb, Ekeler, J White, J Williams
WR: Hopkins, Woods, Samuel, Thielen, Fitzgerald
    TE: Waller, Higbee
    DST: chiefs
    K: Badgley

I'm feeling better than I should about this matchup. It's the most unlucky team in the league (me, #2 in points scored, 2nd most points against, 6-7 regular season) vs the most lucky team in the league (#6 in points scored, 2nd fewest points against, 9-4 regular season).

Standard scoring need help deciding on a flex.
    Sutton vs chiefs
    Bell vs ravens
    Conner vs Bills

    don’t love any of them

You know it is fantasy playoffs when you spend your first 20 minutes at work in turmoil over which kicker to start. Koo has been a life saver down the stretch, but I am nervous about how many kicks and opportunities he will get against San Fran's defense. Lutz and Tucker did well ... but they are top kickers in the league on two top offenses.

I feel like it is a safer play with Gould over Koo.

been having a similar battle. Do I stick with Gonzales even though the Cards have struggled lately or so I pick up Gould who hasn’t had amazing scores all year or Yoo who has but is up against the Niners this week?!

I’m envious of the Lutz and Tucker owners lol. Against the Lutz owner this week actually. Ugh.

Yup it is super tough. Gould is such a safe 8-12 points, Koo can easily get 12-15 but also could get like 3 haha ... Zane is interesting because yeah that offense has sucked but it is Cleveland on deck.

I feel like overthinking kickers is how you know you are in your own head lol

Championship starts this week and this what my lineup is probably gonna be. I am feeling pretty confident about my team against his too, I definitely think I have the better WRs, the RBs might lean in his favor. But I think they are pretty close to a wash.

Chark owners: he is going to be a game time decision and Marrone sounds optimistic.

Hey like I said he's been lucky. Diontae Johnson and Mike Williams have occupied that WR2 spot frequently and somehow he kept winning.

The thing about Chark is...even if he plays, I'd assume he'd be extremely limited.

I have him in a league where I start 4WR, so It'd be worth it for me to put him as the WR4...but I'm not sure I'd start him in a league where you only start 2WR and use your Flex for a RB.

I’m just worried about mixon playing the patriots, but I think volume wise he “should” be fine

I need him to not be but hopefully everyone else goes off for you haha

Any thoughts on Bell, Sutton, or Conner for non ppr flex?

I’d say bell, but what do I know

  22. chcougar1

Ugh I know. For some reason I’m hesitant on him. Jets, Thursday night football, vs ravens. Sounds awful but would the volume be enough? If I could guarantee a td I’d play him for sure but I don’t know if I can

Conner is a no due to injury concerns, being on a horrible offense, and going against a good defense.
Sutton also has a pretty tough matchup too, along with the rookie QB thing.
Bell is probably your safest bet ... but obviously the matchup concern is HUGE. He may not get a lot of carries in the second half but I have to imagine he will be solid as a checkdown option and maybe can finagle a TD. I also hope Bell has a terrible game because I'm facing him lol

    Either Bell or Sutton

lol I keep changing between Sutton and Bell. Maybe I will roll Sutton again in hopes they have to pass a lot playing from behind. Sutton has done great almost every week on my bench and was a dud for me last week the one time I actually started him.

I’m starting Conner over Mixon this week. Mixon has a tougher matchup and honestly I’m not that worried about Conner. Let’s not forget, he’s like, a top 8-10 RB when healthy.
