There are multiple songs on this that I simply never wanted to end haha. Super fun record. Equal parts exactly what I wanted out of a fanclubwallet LP and places I didn’t really expect it to go. I wasn’t really that into Gr8 Timing which had me a little worried, but it wound up being the only song here I (still) didn’t care much for

Love all the moments where she gets into a groove and just lets it breathe for a bit

All I’ve been listening to this weekend. The run of “Fell Through” / “Toast” / “Trying to Be Nice”/ “55” is unreal.

 

Checked this out on a whim after seeing the thread title, knowing nothing about her. Really great album. I keep getting some older Jimmy Eat World and Death Cab vibes that I love.

 

The DJ scratches on Toast are pretty unexpected but add so much to the song
