they didn't play either of those songs on the March Madness show, which is the most recent full set available on youtube. sorry for not following their setlist religiously i guess
Don't get feisty because someone did a quick fact check when you decided not to, despite it being incredibly easy.
here's any easy way to look up setlists, for future reference: Search for setlists: fall out boy | setlist.fm
I couldn't make it to Wintour because of work, so if they were to put "Disloyal Order" in their sets again I certainly wouldn't complain.
no i know that, i use it pretty frequently. the March Madness show was the only one from Wintour uploaded in its entirety and it had a decent length (around 20 songs), so i assumed that was the set for the whole tour. it's okay to tell me i'm wrong, just.. be nice about it? or maybe ignore that minor detail and let's just talk about the show. it was really good! i thought the crowd reaction to ABAP songs was kinda timid though, so they might not headline R&L again.
Thanks for the heads up. I can't decide if I want to pull the trigger or not. I have a bunch of vinyl, but have yet to bother with buying a player. I haven't bought any in awhile and not sure if I should keep buying it just to sit on the shelf.
What do people think of AB/AP over a year later? At this point, I think it's about half great and half whatever. Save Rock & Roll is easily my favorite FOB record.
I'm not a fan. Haven't been much of a fan of anything post-FUTCT. "Save Rock and Roll," the song, however, is fucking phenomenal.
I still really like it! whenever i put it on it's so much better than i gave it credit for. haven't listened to SRAR in full for a while now tho
Really the only "rock" Fall Out Boy album I like is Folie a Deux, though there are a few songs on each album I like. I wish they continued in the kind of dark pop direction they started with Save Rock & Roll instead of veering to pretty straight forward pop anthems though.
I haven't listed to FOB in a while... Folie a Deux is one of my favorites, I really enjoyed SRAR, but I just couldn't stick with AB/AP for as long as I did the others. I may have to give it another go here soon, though.
I dislike AB/AP and this whole album era so much that I'll probably listen to the next album before I buy it for the first time with this band
