On a different note, that feeling you get when you realize you're replaying the b-sides mix you made more than the band's actual new album:

i do. steady job as an executive, my fiancés a realtor/landlord with ~105 rentals in our little suburb so get to get in on fun projects every once in a while like flipping houses. it’s a good time

i don’t have the energy to dive into this again but it has been fun catching up and watching people still thinking dunking on landlords is funny when the reality is if most folks had the capital to do it and do flips/investment properties they would

all the same, happy you all enjoy the album. carry on, just had to pop back in and make sure greg knew how much time i spent thinking about him in the last 12 hours or so

  5. Dunking on landlords is very funny. Especially when they all have to pretend their lives are amazing with this false bluster because deep down they know for a fact everyone hates them.

it’s funny that you think this, it’s a very poor millennial thing to do that comes from a place of jealousy. liking to blame landlords/other people for your own problem ie: i can never afford a house, etc etc it’s not fair they can blah blah.

my life is great. getting married in two weeks, honeymooning in a beautiful country, so unfortunately for your joke it’s not pretend man

Dude, the site shows when you’re active and what you’re looking at and how long ago. Unfortunately, DM’s don’t have time stamps. But we saw you. I didn’t screenshot til right now, so no time stamp sadly. But we both saw you lurking.

People with great lives constantly return to a thread where they got dunked on. Totally. That’s what someone with a great life would do. Return for more dunking. Sure.

  14. You’re on my website late at night cry emoji laughing about being a landlord in a Fall Out Boy thread. We can see the tears under that mask.

Beside that, you know, that does sound like me, obviously jealous I can’t rent seek and blame Millennials for societal issues while contributing nothing to the world of value. That does sound exactly like me.

dunked on by liberal emos really hurts man

  16. The “republicans were right” stuff looking a lot funnier in hindsight.

LOL I guess so. Feeling like you have to come back and brag about your “great” life to ease your pain.

your life isn’t that great if you have to constantly tell strangers on the internet how great it is my man

    it’s free entertainment

i don’t have the time to even begins to address that second paragraph, but you blaming landlords is hilarious. if you want to blame someone for society being the way it is and a generation of people not being able to afford houses, look towards your fearless leaders in political powers. blaming landlords for taking advantage of a potentially broken (though arguable) system is sad, when nearly everyone in this thread could become a ~landlord~ if they wanted to. but would rather complain about it lmao

Why would we want to be land lords? Why would we want to be scumbags?

are you saying the title itself makes you a scumbag? taking the brunt of the cost so people can rent a house they couldn’t otherwise afford?

listen, if you want to say that everyone should be able to afford houses etc etc, i hear ya. but that’s a much bigger problem and you’re directing your anger towards the wrong type of person

but until that system is changed, or altered in a way, what are ya gonna do? you’re playing along either way: either the dude complaining about landlords from their rented apartment or house, or the landlord building equity and making the smartest investment you can make (land/property)

I don’t rent. It’s cute that you think you help people. I bet that helps morale. It’s total bullshit, but that’s cute for you.

imagine going to bat for ronnie radke and landlords in like a week and a half

  24. In what world would anything I’ve ever said ever make you think I don’t blame you both? Politicians and landlords both being bottom of the barrel scum doesn’t make the argument you think it does.

facts of life though. people rent houses they can’t afford to buy, then don’t have to worry about maintenance, repairs, etc. that’s a cozy life to live right there
