this makes a bit more sense! i do think that this is the absolute closest we could get in this era to something like cork tree or ioh but maybe we’re splitting hairs at this point anyway

 

Neal’s production is definitely noticeable and makes a huge difference — one of the things I love most about it.

I missed out on the glow-in-the-dark vinyl from their store, and none of the other variants really grabbed me, so I waited and picked up the Coke Bottle Clear from my indie today. Excited to spin it.

 

Great first listen here, excited for it to grow on me more

Listened in my car on my lunch break and holy hell this is good. So much better than even the singles lead on. The only one that didn't hit for me was "I Am My Own Muse". Had to re-listen to "Heaven, Iowa" immediately when I finished the album.
