I also stand by this album being the best thing they’ve done since Folie. It finally feels like an appropriate follow up.

I agree with this statement for sure but I also largely have disliked most of their previous three records so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I like Save Rock and Roll quite a bit. Also the Lake Effect Kid EP. But this album takes the cake since their return.

 

i like every post hiatus album quite a bit, but save rock and roll is a top 3 FOB album imo

16 Candles?

I’ll just say it gave me such immense joy last year when they played Get Busy Living instead of 16 Candles in Pittsburgh. Such an insane upgrade.

 

Definitely the most throwaway of my favoured tracks but still a solid number for me.

 

Irresistible missing the cut but nothing from Save Rock & Roll is certainly a choice.

 

I guess it’s all perspective, but a top 10 of mine would not have a throwaway haha

 

Now ya’ll got me thinking about my top 10.
