Still have a gut feeling they’re gonna do a full album play at WWWY. Probably didn’t want to announce it while this past leg of the tour was ongoing

 

Maybe the WWWY set is 100% eight ball picks

 

I feel like some people would actually be mad at that lol. People going to WWWY absolutely want to hear the hits.

 

I'm just genuinely glad to see him hopping around without a cane. I hope he's been recovering well, I know he was in a lot of pain for a while

 

If anything, it's more likely they do a side-show at WWWY that's all/mostly 8-balls than their headlining set. I think Green Day did something similar last year.

Wouldn't be surprised if they include a good amount of deep cuts from the pre-hiatus stuff, though

 

God damn I thought I had it great last summer just getting gin joints

 

Any other year I would agree, but this is the year of album plays. None of these acts are giving “greatest hits” sets…which probably explains why the second day is still not sold out.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did 2/3 songs from each record in release order as the set or something like that

 

They should play FUCT. And announce a 20 year tour for next year. To celebrate the album that really started blowing them up.

I don’t think the tour would ever happen though. Just doesn’t seem like it’s a thing they would want to do.

 

I just want a full tour of rarities and deep cuts. Clearly they can see how excited it makes everyone, and it’s what sooo many people have been begging for since pre-hiatus even. Or just make every show the length of Minneapolis with the same number of crazy choices from now on. Would be such a great move to keep fans interested. I stopped going to tours in like 2018 because it was the same 20-22 songs every single time, but wow are things better now. I won’t miss them anywhere nearby if they keep this up.

I do hope anything crazy they have up their sleeve isn’t solely for WWWY. An album play or full 8 Ball set might have gotten me to make an attempt on tickets when they first went on sale, but it would be impossible to try to go now. That being the first stop on a 2025 tour doing the same would be cool though. Special enough for those going to Vegas without leaving everyone out who can’t make such an intense trip.

Just realized they didn't play "I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy" at all this leg of tour-- that used to be a setlist staple, would've been a hit in a rotation-spot.

 

No kidding!! I went to the Save Rock and Roll club tour in 2013, and that song went OFF. Same with Tell That Mick
