I remember Six Flags Great Adventure used to play She's My Winona a lot which I found weird since it wasn't even a single

 

Did they have a rollercoaster or ride with the word "thunder" in the name? hahaha

 

They did, but interestingly it was usually played at the Superman roller coaster haha

 

Now that we have some Winona love in here I can say this:

She's My Winona is my favorite song off Folie

Definitely not the best song though

 

Favorite from each album for me would probably be: The Patron Saint of Liars and Fakes, Sophomore Slump or Comeback of the Year, You're Crashing But You're No Wave, The (Shipped) Gold Standard, Save Rock and Roll, Twin Skeleton's.

I came across this medley the other day that I had never seen before

 

New album is out but we’re back to what we usually do: rank the old stuff

 

I'm still waiting for my copy to show up

 

Well I'm going to go out on a limb and call this:

Album 10> Album 8 > Album 9

 

Oh come on, Album 9 has Track 6, which blows anything on Album 8 out of the water

 

If we are making predictions, then I say album 9 is the last one, and it won't be very good. Album 8 will be one of their best though

 

Not everyone has it.

 

I watch this like 3 times a year.

 

Patrick's delivery of "These are the last blues" at the beginning of the last chorus of Bishop's Knife Trick

I want to live in that moment forever

My cat is named Winona after this song.

 

That's so cute!

 

I like this more with each listen other than Champion. Its just a bad song

Heaven's Gate is smooth

 

Some notable things I just recognized contribute to my love of this record:
--First post-hiatus record to not have a title track
--Includes three songs with names that never get mentioned in the lyrics
--Brings back featured artists

 

my fav fob song is “from now on, we are enemies,” followed by “disloyal order”

 

I was so glad to see them do "disloyal order" on the first tour post-reunion but was def disappointed they omitted the opening section

I get it tho it is pretty deep into Patrick's lower register would be tougher to do live

 

buzz buzz buzz doc there's a hole where something was

 

I can't wait to see "Hold Me Tight or Don't" live and just burn everything down when Patrick hits the high note in the bridge

 

IT WAS GREAT
