Bummed that Burna Boy’s verse in the lyric booklet is missing. What Genius has figured out of what he’s saying is awesome. Maybe I’ll tweet him. Such a good feature.
Totally. It's where I first learned about Four Year Strong too. I'm ashamed of how funny I thought "I Kissed A Boy" was when I was in junior high.
Is it me, or does every album have like one song that's too good for the rest of the album? For me it's: TTYG: The Patron Saint Of Liars And Fakes FUTCT: XO IOH: Don't You Know Who I Think I Am? Fád: Coffee's for Closers SRAR: Where Did The Party Go AB/AP: Fouth Of July MANIA: The Last Of The Real Ones
I love XO but idk about it being too good for the rest of the album. Totally disagree with the rest. Folie is my favorite but tbh I never got the Coffee love
I'm more of a song Tier rater i.e. Tier 1 = cream of the crop, Tier 2 = pretty good, Tier 3 = enjoyable but eh, etc. etc.
Coffee's For Closers deserved to be a huge hit. That songs is just massive. I also think She's My Winona and The Shipped Gold Standard deserved the single treatment because their choruses are insanely earworm-y.
I think I have to revise my ranking from the other day. I've been running through their discog this week and, yeah, I think Folie has finally overtaken IOH at #1 for me.
