Lots of us like these albums, dunno why that’s still weird to people after like 5 years and 3.5 albums.

 

AB/AP is ridiculously underrated

 

I would not agree with that

 

If you didn’t like the last two albums, you won’t like this. It’s not like this is hard to see coming.

I’m interested in hearing the Folie-ish tracks a least!

 

'The Last Of The Real Ones' and 'Hold Me Tight Or Don't' are two of my favourite FOB songs. If I hadn't liked their past two albums nor any of these tracks, I'd have just stuck with the old stuff and carried on. Not sure why people keep coming back to new FOB expecting an older sound

 

What if I liked SR&R but not AB/AP

 

Totally makes sense and I understand that people really dig those albums. I meant more like is this album looking like a step up from those to people? Because it definitely seems like it to me.

 

From the songs I've heard so far it sounds like a step up from SR&R but not quite as good as AB/AP to me. I thought AB/AP would be trash from the first few songs released though so who knows what I'll think of this when I hear it all.

 

i greatly prefer SR&R to AB/AP but I love Real Ones and like Y&M and Hold Me Tight, should be an interesting first listen

 

I loved SR&R and was lukewarm on AB/AP. It did grow on me a lot the more I listened to it though.

 

This one is sneaking up on me, I haven't really listened to the singles, but I'm excited for it.

 

This is pretty much my take but I love those three singles pretty much. If this album is as good as it seems, I'll probably cool off on my dislike for AB/AP because it's starting to look like more of a stepping stone to the sound they're going for now. I don't really care for half of SR&R but it does have some merit that became more obvious over time.

 

SR&R is ok, but AB/AP is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite FOB album at this point. It's such an exciting album that goes a lot of interesting directions. I don't know how you could hear Irresistible and not want to punch the roof off your car.

 

If you're saying this because you don't like it then you're literally proving my point

the majority of fans don't like it so it's somehow overrated because people on this website do? ok

 

I mean I think it's bad so anyone liking makes it overrated, but yeah, it's their least-liked generally I think. But most of their fanbase is stupid anyway so w/e

All top tier FOB songs. Makes me excited for MANIA since this band always has great deep cuts

You think it's under rated and I don't, it's pretty simple. Our difference of opinion doesn't automatically prove any point of yours.

 

If there's anything like Folie on here, sign me up. I think that's my fav FOB album.
