Yeah they might be winning me back over Also they played a commercial for the tour before the Kimmel performance and it said the album is available now lol
Okay, I think the last single might be my favourite single they have released since Folie. It's still not my thing but at least I enjoy this song quite a lot, some great melodies in there.
New song sounds promising! I'm a little apprehensive because there always seems to be some production choice that hinders these songs for me.
Damn, I kind of love that. Not kidding with the Folie vibes. I hope the strings(?) and pounding drums are intact on the studio version.
1. Young & Menace 2. Champion 3. Stay Frosty Royal Milk Tea 4. Hold Me Tight or Don't 5. Last of the Real Ones 6. Wilson (Expensive Mistakes) 7. Church 8. Heavens Gate 9. Sunshine Riptide (feat. Burna Boy) 10. Bishops Knife Trick
Was really hoping they'd cut Champions and maybe even YandM, having a bad song on a ten track album is such a bummer.
Y&M is a song i will never understand and it’s the opening track of the album. Heading into this album with caution and low expectations.
Perfectly fine with Y&M as a opener. Gets the odd song out of the way. After Real Ones and Expensive Mistakes, I think the album will be just fine.
safe to say Y&M is gonna be the AB/AP of this record? Champion came on my store playlist recently and i liked it more than i remembered
I must be in the minority but I am really in love with Y&M. I think it's a perfect opener. It's definitely a bizarre and is unlike anything Fall Out Boy have done but in many ways it seems so...Fall Out Boy. I can't explain it, but I love the song. Was definitely hoping for more than 10 songs, especially since I'll probably skip Champions every time it comes on. The only other F.O.B song I feel that way about is AB/AP.
Champions is okay I guess but I dislike it for being a topic the band has made several times, and it suffers from "clearly written with Sia" syndrome
This is how I feel about it. If I hadn't already heard My Songs, Centuries, and Immortals I'd be okay with Champions. It just feels like it was written for another ESPN promo
I really like AB/AP. I also really like Y&M. I think they should strongly reconsider having Champions on the album. Song is the equivalent of watching paint dry
