I don’t really get the tone of your response... but I was expecting it to sound different than the original song besides changed lyrics, yes. Not the exact same instrumental track.
Remixes are cool and all, but I'd love to see a collection of acoustic versions of tracks from their last 3 albums ala "My Heart is the Worst Kind of Weapon." Of course, I'm totally dreaming here.
